AI Studio Social is an AI-powered creation platform that lets people create, upload, generate, edit, publish, share, discover, and interact with content. By using AI Studio Social, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, do not use the Service.

Followers, following, likes, reactions, reposts, comments, saves, shares, mentions, direct messages, group participation, reports, blocks, moderation appeals, and engagement history.

Payment and transaction information

Billing name, billing address, transaction ID, subscription status, plan, payment method type, tax information, invoices, and purchase history. Full card numbers are processed by payment providers and are not stored by AI Studio Social unless expressly stated.

Device, usage, and technical information

IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, app version, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, clicks, interactions, crash logs, diagnostics, approximate location inferred from IP address, session identifiers, cookie identifiers, and similar technical data.

Communications and support information

Safety, trust, and verification information

5. AI Data Use and Model Training

Unless you are told otherwise in a product-specific notice, AI Studio Social processes prompts, uploads, chats, and outputs to provide AI features, maintain safety, prevent abuse, troubleshoot bugs, and improve the Service.

We do not use non-public user prompts, private uploads, direct messages, or private generated outputs to train foundation models unless you affirmatively opt in, provide content through a feature clearly marked for training or improvement, or the data has been de-identified or aggregated so it is no longer reasonably linked to you. Public posts and public profile information may be used to operate, rank, recommend, moderate, and improve AI Studio Social, including platform safety and quality systems.

If AI Studio Social uses third-party AI model providers, those providers may process prompts, uploads, and outputs on our behalf to provide AI functionality. We require service providers to process personal information under appropriate contractual restrictions. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit prompts, uploads, and content to AI Studio Social.
